What do we do?

No More Pretending is a starting point for Punjabi families who struggle with alcohol use and seek help for themselves or a loved one. We signpost appropriate support and carry the message of hope that recovery is possible. We work with other organisations to provide awareness and empower others to seek help through the experience of recovery achieved by others.
