Streaks is the to-do list that helps you form good habits. Every day you complete a task, your streak is extended. Choose or create up to twelve tasks, such as:

  • walk the dog
  • floss your teeth
  • eat healthily
  • practice Spanish

From a dual diagnosis recovery point of view, this app would be not only handy for people with ADHD/ADD but also an excellent tool to help people in early recovery to develop a solid morning routine and to get into some healthier habits (something that I know I struggled with when I first came into recovery).
