Bromley Recovery College

Bromley Recovery College, part of Bromley Recovery Works, offers workshops and courses which combine enjoyment, fun and knowledge to enable students to achieve a greater insight into their own mental wellbeing.

The Bromley Recovery College curriculum is aimed at informing and exploring ways to manage mental health problems, improve your wellbeing and skills, and help you achieve personal goals and ambitions. Its free peer and professional-led courses and groups are held across the borough.

Our curriculum

We run numerous engaging and supportive groups and courses throughout the year. Current courses include Understanding Anxiety, Living with Stress, and Resilience. We also offer more practically-based courses in Tai Chi, Meditation and Art and Writing.

Please note: all of our activities have been developed and adapted in response to the conditions created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
